Finding a therapist who truly feels like the right match can be one of the hardest parts of starting therapy. It can feel overwhelming, time-consuming, and honestly exhausting. My goal is to make that process a little easier by offering a space where you can show up exactly as you are—without judgment—and where the work is tailored to what you need. I value clear, direct communication and a flexible approach so we can adjust as your goals and life evolve.

Whether you’re working through grief, anxiety, depression, burnout, low self-worth, or simply feeling stuck, therapy can be a place to reconnect with yourself and find a path forward. I often work especially well with people who appreciate a grounded, authentic style—those who are introverted, thoughtful planners, out-of-state transplants, secular-minded, child-free, or animal lovers who want a therapist who understands their world.

That said, you don’t have to fit into any particular category for us to work well together. If you’re looking for a blend of compassion, evidence-based tools, and even a little humor when appropriate, my approach may be a good fit. Together, we can build insight, develop practical strategies, and support you in navigating life with greater confidence, clarity, and authenticity.

You are not alone, and you are not broken. If you’re feeling isolated or just needing a space to be understood, I offer support that can fit into even the busiest schedules. When you’re ready to move beyond simply getting through the day, I’m here to help you create meaningful change.
